## About the role

The Integrated Master Scheduler is responsible for the day-to-day development, maintenance, analysis, and publication of the shipyard's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- [5–8]+ years of planning/scheduling or project controls experience, including integrated or master schedule ownership, preferably in shipbuilding, marine, or complex fabrication environments
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software, including multi-project integration and resource- and/or cost-loaded schedules
- Strong command of critical path method (CPM) scheduling, earned value concepts, and schedule performance metrics (SV, SPI)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and data analysis
- Experience maintaining an integrated master schedule across multiple concurrent new construction vessels or similarly complex programs
