## About the role

As a Materials Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing the flow of materials required for the production of autonomous surface vessels. You will oversee inventory control, coordinate with suppliers, ensure timely delivery of materials, and manage material-related quality control processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and have a strong understanding of materials management in the defense or aerospace industries.

## What they're looking for

- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Experience : 5+ years of experience in materials management or a related field, preferably in the defense, aerospace, or maritime industries
- Strong knowledge of material procurement, inventory management, and logistics
- Familiarity with DoD procurement procedures, regulations, and standards
- Proficiency in materials management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Experience with materials testing, certifications, and military-grade standards
