## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment, with a track record of leading HR initiatives
- Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and regulations, international employment law/regulation experience or experience with global workforce management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable working independently and building structure and process in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
