## About the role

You will be responsible for supporting the implementation, management, and optimization of our People systems (Paycom and other HRIS, benefits platforms, etc.), while partnering with Payroll, IT, Benefits, and Recruiting to support complex People operations, systems integrations, and vendor coordination. This is a senior, hybrid technical and strategic role for someone who combines HRIS and data analytics expertise with the ability to operate independently in fast-changing environments.

## What they're looking for

- 5–7 years of experience in HRIS administration, People Operations, or HR systems roles
- Hands-on experience with a modern HRIS platforms (Paycom, Workday experience required
- Strong understanding of People processes (onboarding, benefits, compliance, etc.), with the ability to independently own complex workflows
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable operating independently and building structure in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Tech-savvy, with a demonstrated track record of optimizing processes and driving automation across HR systems
