## What they're looking for

- Deep understanding of US GAAP
- Strong background in managing day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, T&E, leases, commissions, corporate card, expense policy management, month-end close, general ledger management, etc
- Proven track record in multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction financial consolidations and local statutory reporting for global subsidiaries with strong grasp of regulatory compliance requirements for financial reporting
- Familiarity with modern accounting technologies and workflow automation (e.g., FloQast, Concur, Tipalti)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting complex financial data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify trends and discrepancies
