## About the role

As Sr. Principal Technical Program Manager, you will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for setting program direction across a significant product or business area. You will combine technical proficiency with leadership excellence — mentoring cross-disciplinary teams to plan, design, and deliver large-scale products and services with measurable impact.

## What they're looking for

- Education: Bachelor's or advanced technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience: 12–15 years of progressive technical program/project management, including 1–2 years in a Sr. Principal or equivalent senior individual contributor leadership role (e.g., Group TPM Lead)
