## About the role

The Advisory Operations Manager will play a foundational role in shaping the operational backbone of Savvy’s tech-enabled wealth management business. In this high-impact role, you will operate in a highly dynamic environment, responsible for overseeing the systems, processes, and relationships that support Savvy’s Advisor team and end clients. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Product, Engineering, Design and Compliance, to continuously ensure operational excellence across all systems. ## What they're looking for

- Experience in Advisory Operations within a Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm, with a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices
- Ability to leverage AI and automation in daily processes and in projects
- Hands-on experience with key wealth management platforms and custodians such as Orion, AdvicePay, Schwab, Fidelity (IWS and NFS), Goldman Sachs and Interactive Brokers with the capability to manage and optimize these systems for seamless operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of driving cross-functional collaboration with Product and Advisory teams to implement systematic improvements and solve complex operational challenges
- Experience in managing and executing billing processes, with a demonstrated ability to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations
- A proactive mindset with a passion for ownership and accountability, eager to make a meaningful impact on the firm’s growth and operational success
