## About the role

We are seeking a Senior IT Operations Specialist to join Savvy Wealth at our NYC headquarters. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service to both our internal teams and our financial advisors while supporting a hybrid macOS and Windows environment. You'll manage and optimize SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Rippling, and more.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with user onboarding/offboarding and device management
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration and MDM solutions
- Solid DNS fundamentals: record types (MX, TXT, CNAME, A), email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), registrar and DNS host management, and the confidence to plan and execute record changes without breaking mail flow
- Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working face-to-face with clients, handling high-touch relationships, and staying composed when the stakes are personal for the person in front of you
- Excellent communication skills: able to clearly articulate issues, potential solutions, and timelines to both technical and non-technical audiences, and to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of building and documenting IT processes and procedures
