## About the role

We’re looking for a Sr Deployment Strategist to lead our largest, most complex advisor transitions and help build the onboarding processes that support our next stage of growth. You’ll own onboarding from planning through implementation, making the move to Savvy smooth for advisors and getting them up and running quickly. This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Operations, Growth, Product, and Marketing to execute transitions and improve how we onboard at scale. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

## What they're looking for

- You appreciate direct communication. You’re both an active communicator and an eager listener. You’re motivated by feedback and see every setback as an opportunity to grow
- You can pivot on the fly. We are fast-growing, so our priorities are constantly evolving. What you worked on last month may not be the same next month
- You have a humble and “can do” attitude. Our teams create high-quality work on quick timelines
- You want to be part of a winning team. We’re stronger together, and you’re a person who embraces being pushed out of your comfort zone
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, implementation, project management, onboarding, or a related client-facing role. We welcome consultants looking to move into an operating role and own outcomes from planning through execution
