## About the role

We are looking for digital-native Growth (GTM) Interns who live on the internet and understand how communities, creators, short-form content, and social conversations actually grow. You will help Scalar Field grow across Discord, Reddit, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, creator communities, student groups, and trading/investing circles.

## What they're looking for

- Help manage and grow Scalar Field’s Discord community
- Start conversations around AI agents, agentic trading, trading strategies, market events, and backtesting
- Welcome new members, answer basic questions, and collect feedback
- Run community activities such as strategy challenges, polls, AMAs, and product walkthrough discussions
