## About the role

We're looking for a product leader to own the strategy and roadmap for SGP's core platform and lead the PM team responsible for it. You will work with customers, platform engineering, and forward deployed teams to build capabilities customers need, productize work developed in the field when it has broader value, and improve how teams build, deploy, and operate AI applications.

## What they're looking for

- A track record of owning platform, infrastructure, or developer products from problem definition through launch and sustained production use
- Experience managing and developing product managers, setting direction across multiple related product areas, and remaining hands-on with important product decisions
- Strong product judgment. You can explain which problems you chose to solve, what you decided against, how you sequenced the work, and what changed for users as a result
- Experience driving adoption across teams with different needs and constraints. You can reach decisions, establish ownership, and follow through when progress depends on people outside your reporting line
- Clear, precise writing and communication. You can turn an ambiguous problem into requirements engineers can act on and explain priorities and tradeoffs to customers and executives
