## What they're looking for

- A positive, collaborative software engineer who enjoys working with other talented people
- 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building complex, technically demanding, large-scale systems
- Significant experience developing cloud-based applications
- Strong understanding of cloud-native technologies, including containers and Kubernetes
- Experience working with Go, backend systems, distributed systems, infrastructure, or related technologies
- A degree in Computer Science from a leading academic institution or relevant experience as a Software Engineer in an IDF technological unit
