## About the role

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer who leans frontend—roughly 80% UI work, with the remaining 20% reaching into our Rust backend to add an endpoint or trace a bug to its source.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of professional software development, with experience building complex, stateful web applications in TypeScript
- Strong command of modern declarative component frameworks like Svelte, React, Vue, Solid, plus HTML and CSS fluency
- Experience with frontend performance work: rendering large data sets, profiling, etc
- Product and design sensibility. You care how it feels to use, not just whether it works
- Enough understanding of what's below the API layer (e.g. databases, networking, how requests actually get served) to design UIs that are realistic to build and fast to serve
- Willingness to read Rust and make small backend changes. No prior Rust experience required, several of us learned it here, and we'll support you doing the same
