## About the role

As the Director of Quality Assurance , you will shape and drive the quality vision for one of Scopely’s most ambitious upcoming projects. You will be accountable for defining and executing QA strategies that ensure every player experiences a consistently high-quality, globally resonant game while empowering a growing development team to deliver on our aspirations.

## What they're looking for

- Significant experience leading Quality Assurance within game development, including experience operating at a senior leadership level
- Strong technical expertise and a proven ability to achieve high levels of quality through automated testing across multiple phases of game development
- Experience designing, implementing, or scaling test automation frameworks and modern QA tooling
- Demonstrated experience supporting complex, multi-platform products, ideally across PC and mobile
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building, developing, and leading high-performing teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
