## About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable & Receivable Administrator to work alongside the Finance Accountant, reporting to the Financial Coordinator. Reconcile our incoming cash and outgoing payments. You will sit at the centre of our day-to-day transaction processing, keeping our vendor relationships strong, ensuring accurate SaaS customer billing, and supporting monthly reconciliations.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years in a dual AP/AR or transactional finance administration role
- Prior experience in a tech or SaaS company (handling subscription/recurring billing) is preferred
- Proficiency in cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero, NetSuite,) and modern payment platforms (Stripe, Billing systems)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- High attention to detail, proactive problem-solver, and comfortable taking ownership in an autonomous culture
- Interest or ability to implement AI tools to increase efficiency and improve processes
