- Provide clinical and training support for USA and Canadian research initiatives (i.e. PRISM trial, evaluation, research projects)
- Drive clinical adoption and customer engagement
- Manage and track the Net Promoter Score (NPS) program for the USA and Canada
- Develop and deliver clinical training programs for customers, partners, and internal teams
- Lead Transpara onboarding and certification training programs for employees and partners
