## What they're looking for

- You've spent 2+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, and you're ready to own outcomes rather than support them
- You build models that hold up to scrutiny, and you catch the error in the spreadsheet before anyone else does
- You have working knowledge of GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition, and can speak fluently to how the numbers connect to the business
- You write and speak clearly enough that leadership trusts the story behind your numbers, not just the numbers themselves
- When something in the data looks off, you go find out why instead of waiting to be told to look into it. This team is still being built, not run off an existing playbook, and you're comfortable with that
