## About the role

The Associate will work closely with the Securitize Capital team and a broad group of internal and external partners, including fund administrators, auditors, tax providers, custodians, transfer agents, sub-advisers and other service providers. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys understanding how a fund works from end to end rather than focusing on only one part of the accounting or operational process. ## What they're looking for

- Approximately 2–5 years of experience in fund operations, fund accounting, asset management, fund administration, audit or a related financial-services role
- Experience reviewing private fund financial statements, NAVs, capital activity or fund accounting records
- Strong understanding of basic investment fund accounting concepts, including NAV, subscriptions and redemptions, management fees, fund expenses, accruals and cash reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to independently investigate discrepancies
- Comfortable working in an environment where processes are still being built and standardized
- Strong Excel skills and an ability to work effectively with financial and operational data
