## About the role

Transfer Agency and Issuer Services are two critical functions on the Securitize Platform: one keeps investor records accurate through every subscription, redemption, and reconciliation; the other provides the tools needed to bring new assets onto the platform and manages them through their full lifecycle. As a Product Manager spanning both core areas you will work with senior PMs to refine what Operations, Compliance, and institutional clients need into requirements Engineering can successfully build from. ## What they're looking for

- 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, financial services, or another regulated industry
- Track record of driving a product area day-to-day — from requirements through launch and iteration
- Strong written and verbal communication — able to write specs Engineering can build from with minimal back-and-forth
- Ability to translate operational and regulatory needs into product requirements and contribute to trade-off decisions within an established product team framework
- Working knowledge of common data integration patterns (APIs, file feeds, webhooks) — enough to scope integrations and troubleshoot with Engineering, a dev background isn't required
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent work streams and stakeholders across Engineering, Compliance, and Operations
