## About the role

SeekrFlow is an end-to-end AI development platform used to build, fine-tune, and deploy AI systems in production environments. We’re hiring a Director of Product Management to lead Explainability and Contestability across the platform. This role is responsible for defining how users understand, diagnose, and improve AI behavior across the full lifecycle.

## What they're looking for

- 8–12+ years of product management experience
- Experience operating at a Principal, Group PM, or Director level
- Background in platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products
- Experience working with AI/ML systems (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, or agent-based systems)
- Experience in B2B product environments , preferably enterprise-focused
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly LLM behavior and evaluation
