## About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who is motivated to help build from the ground up. This is a great opportunity to shape how we attract, engage, and hire world-class. AI mission-focused, talent in one of the most competitive markets today. You will spend most of your time recruiting in the areas of AI, software engineering, embedded systems, product engineering/design, and DevOps.

## What they're looking for

- Own the full-cycle recruiting process including sourcing, attraction, screening, submission, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and offer letter administration
- Work across the areas of AI/ML, Software Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Product Engineering/Design, and DevOps in both the Commercial and Public Sector spaces
- Partner directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and build effective sourcing and interview strategies
- Proactively source and build talent pipelines for highly specialized, competitive technical talent, using creative and diverse sourcing channels
- Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience at every touchpoint, acting as an ambassador for the company brand in a competitive talent market
- Help implement new recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices as an early member of a newly formed in-house TA team
