## About the role

We’re hiring an IT Specialist to own and support the core IT infrastructure that keeps SemiAnalysis running securely and efficiently. This role will be responsible for managing employee devices, software systems, access controls, internal file organization, security processes, and day-to-day IT support across the company.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, internal IT operations, or related functions
- Hands-on experience managing employee laptops, software tools, user accounts, permissions, and IT asset inventories
- Familiarity with productivity and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Google Workspace, or equivalent systems
- Understanding of IT security fundamentals, including MFA, password management, endpoint security, and access governance
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware, software, networking, and cloud-based systems
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
