## About the role

Semtech is building the next generation of AI-powered commercial workflows across its global sales organization. This 8-month co-op is a hands-on, production-oriented role embedded within Sales Operations. You will work directly with the Senior Director of Global Sales Operations to design, test, and document AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and insight across real sales processes. This is not a research role — your work will be used by sellers, distributors, and sales leadership. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

- Basic understanding of sales processes and commercial operations (e.g., lead management, pipeline, CRM usage)
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to break down operational problems and propose structured solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams), comfort working in data-rich environments
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, able to document technical logic for non-technical audiences
