## About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Wafer Fab Planner to manage production planning and scheduling for epitaxy and wafer fabrication operations. This individual will translate die demand into wafer starts, balance fab capacity, manage WIP, and ensure timely availability of tested die to support downstream product delivery requirements.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- 5+ years of production planning experience in semiconductor manufacturing
- Strong understanding of capacity planning, production scheduling, inventory management, and demand planning
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in photonics, optoelectronics, compound semiconductors, InP, GaAs, or silicon photonics
