## About the role

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, this role will have ownership of both Cypress and Redondo beach inventory management function which includes, the shipping and receiving, inventory storage and kitting. This role requires a strong independent ownership of their department including development of operating procedures, work flows, team hiring and development. You’ll be required to make quick judgements, be able to adapt to frequent changes and rapid growth.
