## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience in systems administration, IT infrastructure, or a similar hands-on technical role
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, switching, and wireless networking
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows, and macOS environments
- Experience with identity and access management, endpoint management, security controls, and user lifecycle administration
- Experience supporting printers, production/label printing systems, audiovisual equipment, conference rooms, kiosks, and other network-connected devices
- Comfortable supporting both corporate users and manufacturing/production-floor technology where system availability directly impacts operations
