## About the role

We're hiring a Demand Gen expert to build the engine that turns Sent's growing developer mindshare into signups, activated accounts, and real pipeline. The job is to own the full path to signup and live production.

## What they're looking for

- At least 4 years in demand generation or growth marketing, with experience owning a funnel or a number end to end, ideally at a developer-first, API, or infrastructure company
- You've carried a pipeline or self-serve revenue target and hit it, and you can show which experiments got you there
- Experience working alongside DevRel or developer marketing, and a real feel for the developer ecosystem, how communities behave, what earns credibility, and what gets you ignored
- You code. Deeply technical skillset is expected
- Experimentation rigor: you think in hypotheses and growth loops, you can design a clean test, and you know when a result is real versus noise
- You know how to market to developers
