## What they're looking for

- 1–2 years of professional experience, preferably in sales, business development, appointment setting, customer service, recruiting, account management, or another customer-facing role
- Excellent spoken and written English (C1 or C2 proficiency required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence speaking to new people
- Comfortable making cold calls and conducting high-volume outbound outreach
- Persistent and proactive approach to follow-ups and relationship building
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prospects and conversations at the same time
