- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role
- Experience working directly with software engineering teams in an Agile development environment
- Strong understanding of product development processes, including backlog management, requirements gathering, prioritization, testing, and releases
- Ability to translate business and customer needs into clear technical requirements and user stories
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
