You’re someone who can manage a complex calendar, write a clear response, spot a conflict before it becomes a problem, and keep commitments moving without constant direction. - 7-10+ years of experience supporting a founder, CEO, or senior executive in a fast-changing organization, or comparable experience demonstrating the same level of judgment and responsibility
- Always-on mindset: You’re reachable outside of standard hours, including evenings and weekends, handling urgent scheduling changes, travel disruptions, and time-sensitive requests as they arise
- Strong calendar, travel, and executive-support skills. You’re comfortable managing competing requests and changing plans without losing the underlying priority
