## About the role

Build and own the entity's FCRA compliance program from a blank page including policies, procedures, training, monitoring, and periodic testing. Run consumer relations end-to-end: dispute intake, reinvestigation within the statutory timeline, file disclosure, identity theft blocks, and fraud alerts.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years in consumer financial services compliance, including hands-on FCRA experience at a consumer reporting agency
- Demonstrated experience building a compliance program from scratch or materially rebuilding one
- Direct experience operating a dispute and reinvestigation function, including turnaround management and furnisher interaction
- Strong writing: able to produce policies, procedures, and client diligence responses that stand on their own without heavy legal editing
- Comfortable as a function of one in an early-stage environment, including doing the operational work personally before there is a team or tooling
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States
