## About the role

As a Staff Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll own the technical direction and architecture of critical infrastructure that serves as the foundation of the SentiLink platform. You’ll operate as a technical leader across Infrastructure and partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, SRE, and Security to design systems that improve developer velocity while increasing the reliability, scalability, security, and efficiency of our platform.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of relevant software engineering, infrastructure, platform engineering, or SRE experience, including technical leadership across multiple teams or complex systems
- Deep experience designing and operating production infrastructure in AWS, including networking, compute, storage, IAM, and highly available architectures
- Deep hands-on experience designing, operating, scaling, and troubleshooting Kubernetes in production
- Deep experience with Terraform and infrastructure as code, including developing reusable patterns and standards adopted by other engineers
- Experience architecting, scaling, and migrating business-critical production systems with minimal downtime
- Strong SRE and observability experience, including monitoring, alerting, incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability engineering
