## What they're looking for

- 10 or more years of experience in Product Design or UX, with 5 or more years in senior leadership roles
- Proven experience leading UX for complex B2B or SaaS platforms
- Strong background in UX architecture, interaction models, and system-level design
- Strong understanding of agentic automation and how it will impact traditional design models
- Experience designing cybersecurity, observability, DevOps, or similarly complex technical products is preferred
- Familiarity with security workflows such as alert triage, investigations, threat hunting, and incident response is preferred
