## What they're looking for

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school or equivalent, with an active license to practice law in a U.S. state
- A minimum of 12+ years of legal experience with a focus on technology transactions, ideally a combination of top-tier law firm and in-house experience at a technology company
- Deep expertise in IP licensing and complex technology agreements, including OEM, strategic alliance and SaaS
- Fluency with AI tools and a track record of using them to work faster and smarter, whether in drafting, contract review, diligence or knowledge management
- A track record of leading high-value, high-visibility negotiations with large, sophisticated counterparties
- Business judgment and commercial instinct: you can structure a deal, advise on trade-offs, and give clear recommendations to senior executives
