## What they're looking for

- 10 or more years in the field, and 5 or more years of Sales Engineering experience
- Exceptional technical, communication, and organizational skills, and deep experience with MSP/MSSPs, distributors, aggregators, CSPs, channel, GSIs, alliances, and strategic partners
