## What they're looking for

- Experience as a security operations practitioner in SOC operations, security monitoring, incident investigation/response, malware analysis, threat hunting, or threat intelligence
- A strong background in security operations, incident response, or threat intelligence, with a genuine passion for protecting customers from cyber attacks
- Solid understanding of the current threat landscape, including common attacker TTPs and prominent threat actor groups
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience managing complex customer escalations and collaborating across internal teams to drive resolution
