## What they're looking for

- 15 or more years in the field, including 8 or more years of Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Professional Services experience
- Excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills, with experience working with MSP/MSSPs, distributors, aggregators, CSPs, channel, GSIs, alliances, and strategic partners
- An exceptional track record of growing managed partner technical resources and a strong background in building relationships with internal sales and product teams
- Experience presenting and delivering technical demos and sales value presentations to varying audiences, from architects to C-level executives
- Previous experience as a practitioner at an MSSP, MSP, MDR, or IR partner, or in a SOC
- Experience working with cloud computing environments, such as in a technical sales, DevOps, security, or sales engineering role, including AWS, Azure, and/or GCP (Azure is a plus)
