## What they're looking for

- 12–15+ years of experience across platform engineering, product design/UX, or a combination, with progressively senior leadership roles at high-growth technology companies
- Direct experience in cybersecurity, enterprise security, or a closely related security-critical domain — this is a strong requirement for this role, not simply a nice-to-have
- Proven experience managing multi-layered organizations (managers and directors, not just individual contributors), with a track record of developing leaders into stronger leaders
- Demonstrated track record setting and executing strategy for both a technical platform and a design/UX function
- Strong executive presence and cross-functional influence, with experience operating as part of an executive team and communicating platform/design strategy to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Design, HCI, Engineering, or equivalent experience)
