## About the role

We are looking for a Teleoperation Engineer to sit at the intersection of our operations and engineering teams. In this role, you will train and manage the quality of a team of teleoperation operators, establish and maintain data collection standards, and act as the critical bridge between project management and the technical teams developing our teleoperation and policy systems.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of professional experience in training, QA, or a technical environment
- Completed or in progress technical degree highly preferred (Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, etc)
- Exposure to teleoperation or VR based gaming and control systems is a big plus
- Background in a structured, process oriented, or fast paced operational setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts across technical and non technical audiences
- Proven ability to assess quality rigorously and coach others toward consistency
