## About the role

Serval is hiring an AE Productivity Lead to build a center of excellence with one goal: make our AEs dramatically more productive. Not incrementally, an order of magnitude. The way we get there is by taking the best practices that top reps do today and converting it into automated workflows and systems that scale across the company. This will include use of Serval's own product in addition to other AI and automation.

## What they're looking for

- Identify friction points keeping AEs from getting full value out of our existing tools
- Develop requirements for AE workflows in our tech stack: define what good looks like, then partner with Business Systems on what should be built durably and with Enablement on what needs to be taught
- Be the single voice representing the AE's daily experience in tooling and systems decisions
