## About the role

Own customer engagements from pilot through production launch: design and deliver deployments that fit the customer's workflows and scale adoption of Serval. Build AI agents: design and build AI agents on Serval's platform that drive real value for customers.

## What they're looking for

- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 3+ years in a relevant role (product, engineering, consulting, founder)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on technical ability: reading and troubleshooting production code in customer-facing environments, analyzing code paths, database state, and API requests/responses with infra and browser dev tools
- Working knowledge of APIs and REST, IAM, and SQL for data analysis
