## About the role

As a Senior Designer, you'll guide the visual voice of Serval, defining how an AI-native automation platform shows up in the world. You'll concept and execute creative work across every touchpoint: campaigns, web, product marketing, social, motion, print, merch, and events. You'll evolve our brand system and translate the technical depth of what we build into design that's distinctive, considered, and impossible to ignore.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years in hands-on visual, graphic, or brand roles, with a portfolio that shows strong concept thinking, exceptional craft, and the ability to tell a story through design across multiple mediums
- A track record of owning campaigns and brand systems from concept through execution — including 360 work spanning digital, social, video, and physical/event experiences
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite, with comfort working fluidly across static, web, and print
- Strong sensibility for typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual systems — and the judgment to know when a bold choice is the right one and when restraint is
- Comfort driving projects end-to-end, giving and receiving direct feedback, and delivering high-quality work under tight timelines in a fast-moving environment
- Active experimentation with AI tools
