## About the role

The Senior Corporate Strategist is the analytical engine behind Serve's enterprise partnerships and many of our core internal strategic decisions. The role produces the research, models, and materials that make a decision or partnership case credible to a counterparty's deal team, and independently owns discrete workstreams on questions such as market entry and city sequencing, build-versus-buy-versus-partner, competitive positioning, etc. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

## What they're looking for

- Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
- 3 to 8 years of experience with a meaningful stretch in management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar
- Strong research instincts, with demonstrated ability to move from no knowledge of a company to a defensible thesis within roughly a week
- Modeling ability in Excel that goes beyond maintaining or formatting someone else's model, including building from scratch and defending every assumption
- Slide craft sufficient to build a deck that a C-suite audience can follow without narration
- Clear writing, with the ability to construct and defend an argument in prose
