We're looking for a true subject-matter expert who can bridge deep TA process knowledge with strong systems and vendor management skills, someone who makes sure the technology recruiters rely on every day just works and keeps getting better.

## What they're looking for

- Background in TA technology, operations, and strategy, Avature experience is strongly preferred
- Prior experience as a recruiter or sourcing practitioner is a big plus, it's what lets you speak the language of the team you're serving
- A track record of owning vendor relationships and driving system adoption at scale
- Expert-level collaboration skills and cross-functional experience, there are strong relationships between our TA CoE, Product and DT teams and connectedness while working as a team is a critical piece of this role
- The judgment to operate independently while staying tightly aligned with TA strategy
