## About the role

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $184,100 - $287,650 , plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.

## What they're looking for

- Total experience of minimum 12 years with a minimum of 5 years of Big Four public accounting experience
- BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting and active CPA license is required
- Sr. Manager role in a Big Four public accounting firm and/or Director, Technical Accounting at a public company
- Positive, service-oriented attitude, highly motivated to learn and to make an impact within the organization
- Experience leading a team and being a mentor to high-performing individuals
- Strong technical accounting background with a knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting standards, and SOX 404, as well as experience with technical research
