- 5-8+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, digital marketing or a related B2B marketing role
- Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience adapting global or regional campaigns for local markets and audiences
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English required, Danish or Norwegian language skills are advantageous
