- Practical experience applying AI tools like Otto and AI Control Tower to asset management workflows, with the judgement to know where they add value and where they don't
- Experience in IT asset management, software asset management, or related enterprise IT operations roles
- Demonstrated experience architecting ITAM solutions in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB integration as it relates to asset data accuracy
