## About the role

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $116,400 - $192,100 , plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.

## What they're looking for

- CPA, JD, or equivalent professional certification required, MST, LLM, or additional advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting (Big 4 or equivalent) and/or industry roles, experience with large U.S.-based multinationals or SaaS companies is strongly preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of U.S. international tax rules with experience in multinational tax operations, tax provision and compliance
- Excellent analytical and financial modeling capabilities, including experience with tax modeling
- Solid skills in tax research, technical analysis, and documentation to support and defend tax positions, ability to maintain audit-ready documentation
- Strong critical thinking skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
