## About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Solution Designer to join our Finance Product organization. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, partnering across Finance, Accounting, Workforce Planning, and Technology to design and deliver scalable planning and forecasting solutions.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of experience in Finance Systems, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Enterprise Applications, Product Delivery, or Solution Design
- Experience supporting planning, forecasting, workforce planning, accounting, or enterprise finance processes
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities
