## About the role

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $166,500 - $291,400 , plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of software product management roles, including go-to-market experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business), Service Now platform experience, and technical certifications is preferred
- Strong technical background of sales core systems as well as understanding of the standard bordering systems and the ability to communicate effectively with development teams
- Strong background in designing the solution based on AI and platform
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform
- Experience with SOM implementation, in either (or both) Sales Automation or CPQ
